Pros
Great food. Customers were always satisfied with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the food. Company values were great and had the potential to be a great working environment. Great for a college student.
Cons
There was a lack of communication between upper management and employees, we were told if you do not like how the business is run, quit. Schedules changed frequently and we ran on a skeleton crew. There were no working incentives, free or discounted meals. We were subjected to a hostile work environment, demeaned and dehumanized. We were humiliated in front of customers and other employees for simple mistakes like putting meats on the sandwich In the wrong order. Not one employee was properly trained but expected to do everything right. There was no structure, only power hungry and dictatorship management.
