Pros

Most GM's do genuinely care about you and will help you schedule around things such as appointments and such. A free sandwich every shift over 5 hours. Lenient dress code at franchises. Easy training

Cons

They seem to undervalue employees until they are about to leave, I know plenty of people who put in resignations and then finally were offered benefits and raises, or promotions as a means of staying. Routinely changes direct deposit company meaning almost annually resubmitting new employee forms which is frustrating and causes issues. Only holidays they are closed are Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving. Miscommunication is a very common issue. Horrible employees who both reflect negatively on the company, and don't meet company standards are kept and made to feel invincible and it sets a bad precedent.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
