Everything is a downside here, you make less than a McDonalds employee, commission is a joke, the owner is a jerk that gets off playing big man to high schoolers, not allowed to wear ear protection which can cause hearing loss, constantly berated for doing things that most would consider spectacular, lied to on a frequent basis about promotions, yelled at when customers get mad or mess up something in the wash and it’s NOT your fault… I could continue
