Salary is okay for a fresher.
Cons
1) . Worse infrastructure, from outside it is looking like a factory as it was earlier. 2) . Rotational shifts which changes everyday, sometimes you don't even know whether you have a shift or not next day. 3). Breaks are not certain.. 4). Customers are everything and employees are nothing. Focus is only customers satisfaction not employees satisfaction. 5). Employees are treated like robot and supposed to give human touch in chats. 6). Canteen is looking like a indore dhabba. 7). Attendance system issues, you were present but marked as half day or absent. Find ways to deduct salaries. 8). Unsupportive management. 9). Some of the HR thinks they are owner of the company. 10). System(computers) issues are very often. 11). Cab schedules is also very bad, sometimes cab assigned on the time and cancel or change in front of you. 12). No festival celebration no fun activities as said earlier. 13). People use abusive language on floor and smoke on your face as the entrance is the smoking zone.
