Pros
Proud is the first word that comes to mind when I think about my time so far at Jiobit. The company atmosphere at Jiobit is unmatched and it is because of the the people who work here are truly the best of the best. I not only feel valued, but also know that our teams show up and gets things done to make for a better experience for our customers and company and do truly care in the core values of the company.
I work under Martina Matthews, who is unmatched in her leadership and skill. She truly cares about her people and making the work space the best it can be. Martina's mentorship is always present and she truly wants to see you succeed. I cannot say enough good things about her and she absolutely strives for the best for everyone she knows.
The leadership team also as a whole do care about their people and really listen and want to improve, which is something that is so important in any company now a days. It is so refreshing and appreciated.
Last but not least, the Customer Experience team is made up of such wonderful people. They are truly a joy to work with and I am so honored to have each one on my team. They are all driven and engaged and it is so wonderful to be part of. I am excited about coming to work with them every single day!
Cons
There are definitely some growing pains with a start up which can be expected and since there was a recent acquisition, there has definitely been some clunkiness with the transition.
I would love to see more initiatives on Wellness at Jiobit.
