Pros

If you got the job I hope you asked for a good amount, they can afford it. Ask at least for 30,000 MXN per month.

Cons

They will throw you whenever they want, today they can give you a great review about your work and tomorrow they can fire the ENTIRE Mexico team without explanation and without any of what the laws in Mexico say for an unjustified firing. They argue that they work with the USA laws but they make you work for 48hr as Mexico laws say. So they work with USA laws when it is better for them and use Mexico laws when it is convenient for them. Also you don't have labor benefits neither the ones that law says.

Pros

Promotes self-improvement, great growth opportunity, provides paid training in the first two weeks and as needed after that. Strong teamwork, encourages self-starters.

Cons

Sometimes overtime is required, however, its not part of the company culture to encourage it

Pros

Offers minimum benefits, none if the company could choose to.

Cons

All the previous reviews are quite on point. Disregard the positive one, it was obviously written by Human Resources. Culture is toxic, the President yields you on the phone and violently mistreats his employees, even his "acolytes"
