Thank you for the review, and we're grateful that you recognize our efforts to be equitable in all locations. Jitech has maintained a permanent presence in México since the summer of 2021, utilizing the services of contractors exclusively. It's clear to everyone that the cost of living in México does not compare to the cost of living in Canada and the United States. However, we ensure our contractors in México are well compensated, and exceed local pay expectations, in some cases, by up to 100%. Furthermore, all employees and contractors at Jitech have the choice to remain working or terminate their contract or employment at will. It's quite unfortunate that numerous contractors in México were not able to meet the high standards that all Jitech employees and contractors are subject to and were terminated. In order to retain top talent, Jitech conduct's an ongoing review of the compensation methods for its employees and contractors on a monthly basis.
