I felt supported and mentored and learned a ton about management, leadership, accounting, and Human Resources working for them. The VP, Beth, took me under her wing and mentored me every single step of the way and even introduced me to other GMs who served as mentors for me as well. The Corporate and Upper Management are very inconsistent with its policies and procedures and most not even qualified for the position. You have people at corporate making decisions about hotel and restaurants which they have never once worked in. I had been a loyal employee for a year without disciplinary action, i had received two raises and was terminated without reason, for this i have file a complaint with the EEOC for discrimination. If you look online there is a discrimination case which the company lost. Very poor communication, and overall a horrible place to work.
