Pros
I worked my way up from hotel front desk employee to General Manager and watched lots of other employees enjoy the same success under the JHM leadership. I felt supported and mentored and learned a ton about management, leadership, accounting, and Human Resources working for them. The VP, Beth, took me under her wing and mentored me every single step of the way and even introduced me to other GMs who served as mentors for me as well. I truly enjoyed goal setting and reaching and exceeding my goals with my team!
Cons
hours can be long given that the industry is a 24 hour industry - but it always flew by staying busy!
