I joined this company as a Frontend Developer Intern in September and worked dedicatedly for around 9 hours every day. From my experience, the company does not appear to be financially stable. There is no proper budget for paying employees. The company frequently hires interns or employees, asks them to work for 2–3 months citing budget issues, and eventually people leave on their own due to frustration and non-payment. During this period, I personally spent around ₹30,000 on room rent and food, but I did not receive any salary at all. There is a lack of professional structure, transparency, and accountability. Payment commitments are not honored, and concerns raised by employees are not handled professionally. I am sharing this as an awareness review so that others can make informed decisions and avoid wasting their time, effort, and money.

Team support, knowledge sharing. Good company to work it .Work culture, learning everything is good here. Supportive mangers. We can learn new things in new platforms. So many learning platforms they are providing so that anyone can learn anything. projects are really helpful .
