Perfect time with the people out there

Not a whole lot of cons

- 3 actual employees working onsite (3 employees remote) - Good location

- As an intern I felt as if I was treated like I was just a personal assistant, "business internship" often was not related to business but rather running errands like picking up food, sending mail, so on... - In my 7 months there, I left the internship learning absolutely nothing, info was constantly hidden to us, so we never saw the raw part of the recruiting industry - The company spent a lot of money on its employees, which could be considered a pro but on the audit side of things I would be concerned - Hard to stay positive in a work environment where you are treated like you are a child... - Find somewhere else where you can actually learn and grow as a professional I could talk about some crazy experiences I had there, but the point of this review is not to bash JoCo, but rather make it known to others who may be naive about the workplace. You want somewhere you can learn and grow and unfortunately this was not the place for me. Like I said you want to be an intern to learn how to be a young professional in the workplace. You do not want to be an assistant, find a company who values hard work, and will essentially value you as an employee! No hard feelings, if anything a learning experience to do my research and to SPEAK UP when in a situation like this! As an intern this scared me every workplace would be similar to this, but boy was I wrong. I immediately got a job after college, I feel valued and respected in my new position. I feel heard and noticed. Keep your head up:)
