- micromanagement, on every single thing. - he said, she said but in corporate form. - managements ego is so inflated that they can never be wrong. - willing to lose great people due to a grudge. - will treat you like you're not only expendable, but they'd be happy to see you go. - HR is just as bad as the rest of them. - bonuses offered to specific employees only (those that are willing to undercut others) - discrimination against students, if not outward hatred towards students. - discrimination against employees, but only the ones that still deeply care about the outcome of the students. - wildly inappropriate conduct between directors and teachers at holiday parties.
