but tried to enter the building but was denied access because I was accompanied by my service dog. It's important to note that there is a sign at the entrance clearly stating that service animals are allowed. Despite this, I was still turned away, which goes against the rights of individuals who rely on service animals.
I hope proper training and awareness are provided to the staff to prevent this kind of situation in the future.
