      Fast growth is sometimes little stressful because everything is changing so fast.

      Pros

      Some great colleagues. People with dreams and ideas. Solid product/service.

      Cons

      Strategic direction shifts constantly. Management team acts like a group of teenage boys in the locker room after a football game. A couple of incredibly toxic people that ruin the culture. People don't seem to care about employees' mental health.
