      - Company motto is "fulfill you potential" and they keep this for all of their employees. - One of the best company culture I have ever seen. - Still SME but a good tech team.

      - Nothing huge or game breaker for 2 years.

      Pros

      Some great colleagues. People with dreams and ideas. Solid product/service.

      Cons

      Strategic direction shifts constantly. Management team acts like a group of teenage boys in the locker room after a football game. A couple of incredibly toxic people that ruin the culture. People don't seem to care about employees' mental health.
