Pros
The Toronto team, but don't get too close to anyone because they fire people instead of admitting that their strategy is the problem. It's sad because I don't think management has the intelligence or self-awareness to see this.
Cons
Management tries the same strategies that work in Quebec City (again and again) thinking it will work outside of that small economy. Customers have awful results in Ontario. New ideas are grounds for dismissal. The leadership team offers zero value to the company. They may be big fish in a tiny pond but are a joke to the rest of Canada's standards.
