Pros
I got to meet some of the best people whom I still have friendships with.
Cons
Where do I begin? I genuinely enjoyed my work and my team. I fought hard to be one of the top performers. However, after months of exhausting efforts in playing the CEO's games and playing favorites, I had to leave for my own moral sanity. The CEO also plays the HR and compliance role as well. Having no separate HR manager to talk to regarding the creepy and unethical tactics that he portrays on to the young girls in which he only hires is pathetic and demoralizing. He takes these young girls to basketball games, dinners, etc. all while trying to get them to "like" him and flirt with him to fill his ego it's disgusting. Meanwhile, hard(er) working employees who aren't one of his "favorites" get the bad end of the stick and lose confidence. CEO is a know it all and complete opposite of what it means to be a true leader. How can a company that offers you a laptop, company phone, & a car wrap with free gas incentives program yet STILL have so many people leaving? It's simple...the CEO! He is the toxicity that is the root to so many people unhappy and FAILING. I would strongly reconsider working for this company if you're at all interested. Also, having the recruiter routinely checking glass door and making up fake reviews is comical and just shows how desperate they are.
