Pros
They were quite comprenhensive since most of us are students hence they are very kind to your needs as student.
Cons
Same way, they did not see you as a profesional hence some of the deals are quite informal. I got fired without noticed of my job, I just knew that was it because someone else was replacing me. It was a bit frustrating that they didn't care to let me know.
