A Cautionary Tale: My Experience with JobRack – A Scam Disguised as Recruitment - Marketing Jobrack Employee Review

There is nothing I could point out as a pro. The overall experience with them is just bad.

The hiring process is nightmare. There are 4 stages including questionnaires (level applying for a visa), self recorded videos, screening interviews and test tasks before you even talk to the company you are applying for. And then everything starts all over again, because the company needs to go over the same process internally. So, they are literally wasting your time, because you can spend more than a month and be left without any feedback.

I applied for three jobs on Jobrack. One didn’t reply, one didn’t move forward, and I got hired for the third! The process includes a quick HR call, a simple programming test, and then interviews with the employer. Overall, I found the hiring chances pretty good and the support amazing. Big thanks to Alex, who guided me and suggested the job I eventually got!

You may need to go through several tests and interviews, which can take time. If you don’t get the job, it might feel like that time was wasted
