Pros
I worked as Marketing Specialist for Jobspring Partners for one year in San Francisco. From my experience, what I gained from this role was nothing but positive. You work remotely with other Marketing Specialists in 9 other cities across the US and Canada, while also reporting to a Marketing management team in Boston. I had a counterpart in SF's sister office so you never feel like you're working alone. I also had daily/weekly calls with Marketing Specialists which was really beneficial in brainstorming new marketing ideas. For an entry level role. you are given so much responsibility that you a forced to learn and adapt to the role quite quickly. This is great opportunity to accelerate your career, really take ownership of the role and make it your own. The event series that takes place once a month is a great way to get more immersed in the tech community where you have the chance to network with people from a variety of industries. For the sales/technical recruiter roles, you are really given the opportunity to grow quickly and learn how to run a business. There is excellent management training provided and if you apply yourself you are really in control of how successful you want to be. You get to be part of a great team in a young, fun and positive environment.
Cons
It may not be for you if you like an environment where you can work flexible hours. However this is great for structure and ensuring the day is managed in the best way possible i.e. morning/afternoon meetings
