Expect to work multiple roles, be overworked and not compensated They do not pay for OT, you get "in Lieu of" days instead - which you won't be able to take, because they will work you like a horse. Do not expect a fair pay raise or assessment Management has clear "favorites" amongst your coworkers, and will make that very clear Quantity/Sales overrules quality for everything.
