It was rewarding to help clients reach sobriety. It was easy to get overtime, if wanted, because of frequent call-outs.

There was much confusion between departments. It seemed as if some employees were unaware of what his or her job entailed. There was a lack of professionalism amongst many employees, and boundaries were not respected.
