Most of the staff are lovely and supportive minus a few.
Cons
I don’t really know where to begin, the management team are abysmal. Mental health means nothing to them and they will disregard it at any opportunity. I’ve been left daily during my shifts in tears due to management bullying. Mental health issues were discussed in a SHARED lunch room with other businesses in the same building. I have on several occasions expressed my feelings to senior management to be told I am being silly and it’s my problem I am feeling the way I am and not theirs. I was asked if “the medication I am taking” was making me feel this way instead of owning up to the fact that management can’t organise the alphabet between them! Calls are marked and shared with “pals” within the room and are mocked when you do anything wrong. Management also can’t employ staff properly as I was told I was being let off due to lack of work from maternity colleague coming back, yet there was plenty of work to do and when I had to inform them I had a fixed contract, which they were blissfully unaware of, they changed their mind and let me stay but moved me away from my team, chucked me into a new position within the group with ZERO training, and left with the stress of it all. Family members passing away? Expect them not to care or show any empathy or sympathy at all!!! If you want a job where you are bullied, lied to, made to feel worthless and cry daily then this is the one for you!!!
