Pros
What can I say After working Almost 10 years at John Perez Graphics... Quality, Hard work, The Gold Standard, Dedication. Quality: (The degree of excellence of something.) You will learn that quality comes from team work. More than one set of eyes will always make a piece of art great. John has an eye for detail and the vision for making things just a notch better than everyone else. Hard Work: (A great deal of effort or endurance). John’s office runs on hard work. You work hard, you are rewarded, but it’s more than that. When you come to work you are met with challenges and hurdles. Some of the tasks may seem impossible to finish, but team work, leadership and HARD WORK will always get you through each project. The Gold Standard: (Sets the standard) At John Perez Graphics every job that comes in the door is treated with one standard… The Best. When a client comes to JPGD they understand that everyone else is just trying to keep up. Quality and Hard Work are what drive this. It puts a smile on my face every time someone says John Perez Graphics is the “The Gold Standard”. They know if they get an animation, Illustration or any other graphic…it will be tweaked, touched, turned, twisted, and looked at more than one would want to write down, but that’s what makes John’s company far superior than everyone else. Dedication: (Committed to a task or purpose) After being with John Perez Graphics for almost 10 years I never missed a deadline… I was dedicated to my job. I loved everything about my position and the jobs I was able to help create. John will push you to help find that drive. He will also dedicate himself to you and try in his power to make sure you are taken care of. It is truly saddening that my time has to end, but I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience. John Perez Graphics is a very unique company and if you get the chance to create graphics for him, you will learn that Quality, Hard Work, The Gold Standard, and Dedication are only stepping stones to the other valuable lessons you will take away.
Cons
That I had to leave. Not enough time on the day.
