Pros
Everyone gets along well. In private practice, you can set your own schedule and your own pace. The supervision is good, too, if you need it for licensing.
Cons
There are slow times, so in private practice you might not have the income you need. In private practice, if you don't see clients you don't get paid, so you have to plan time off accordingly.
