      Good with time off, family or emergencies. If you know your stuff and work hard, you can be looked at as an asset.

      Cons

      Its a club. No honor or integrity among techs. They all act like a bunch of high school girls in gossip and crews. DONT TRUST ANYONE. Poor training.
