      Coworkers were rude, training was basically figuring things out yourself, not much growth. Also have favorites in the workplace so harder for newcomers.

      Positive environment - specifically good at focusing on helping people improve/learn from from mistakes, big or small Strong training system for new employees

      Small business so it doesn’t offer as much in the way of benefits/career resources as large orgs are able to
