Pros
Generally a good employer keen on maintaining good employee relations.A fairly open management system. Salaries were competitive and benefits were good. Some of the office accommodation was very good .
Cons
Could be demanding with changes of requirements at very short notice. Very poor in the area of additional training and career development. Some of the offices are in out of the way places and offer poor accommodation. Very quick to make redundancies.
