      Pros

      Green company! brilliant people, good for growth and development - but you need to let management know that you want to grow and develop and what you are interested in. If you are open with them, most managers will help good employees stay motivated and happy.

      Cons

      Large company, can be difficult to navigate. Headquarters is in MKE where it is COLD! Can be long hours if working on important projects.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
