Horrible company to work for! - Production Team Member Johnson Controls Employee Review

Company doesn't care about the workers that actually produce the products it sells. Company spends more money on advertising that it practices ethics; however, it fails to deliver. The Cottondale, AL plant is run by incompetent upper level management. I wish corporate would visit this facility and speak with its production employees.
