Johnson Controls/CBRE (Reporting to Top Management of UK, Italy and Sweden.) Working for Johnson Controls is a challenge everyday, due to the hard work of our daily tasks. But is a challenge we do for fun, because the end of the day arrives and we feel mission was completed with success. Excellent communication skills from the Top Management. Coaching, guidance, bright humor, everybody makes us feel like we are part of a big family towards a common goal. Career Progression. Transparency, business ethics, legislation and contract management accomplishment.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
