Pros

It has been more than a year working for the Organization, and review below is considering other units as well 1. Good work-life balance - yes, project deadlines are there but not like the ones that sit on your neck all the time. 2. Pay raise is decent, which is common across industry

Cons

1. So much leadership change, this creates fear in the team 2. New leaders mandating 3 days working from the office is a bit of an uncomfortable situation.
