Didn't let everyone know of opening. Was a lot of hand selected. Placed people in positions that they were not qualified for

Make very good money, has very good benefits, some of the people are great.

sexual harassment gets swept under the rug, not a great environment to work, super repetitive and don't get to learn many new things, can only move up if you want to be a deputy then move to sgt then LT and so forth no opportunities for moving up (being a manage and what not)
