Pros

- Young work force creates fun work environment. - Engagements are smaller than Big 4 client engagements and allow opportunity to manage audit engagement from start to finish early on in career. - Management is open to flexible work schedules, whether working from home or during non-typical work hours.

Cons

- Although managing engagements early on in career is a great opportunity, it can be overwhelming when proper guidance and support is not provided. - Work/life balance - They advertise the flexible work schedules and vacation days as a way to manager work/life balance, but it's public accounting. It will always demand longer work days at certain points.
