Pros

Overall it was a pleasant work environment with pleasant people. Company is doing it's best to go Green. It has a variety of industries to choose from and transfer to. That's the best I can come up with.

Cons

They do not conduct a performance review at the time it is due. For such a large and successful company, benefits are poor in comparison with similar or smaller firms. Your vacation and PTO are run together. If you are sick, it comes out of your vacation. They expect you to work endless overtime hours and yet asking for personal time off is like pulling teeth. Minimal vision insurance. Dental insurance yearly max is less than typical for a large firm. Human resources is slow and unreliable. (corporate in PA) More into demoting than promoting at all levels. Years of loyalty and service means nothing.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
