Pros

The company frequently does transformation, thus they ask people to leave organisation on immediate notice and hire new people, this is frequent, also half of the organisation is sold to Honeywell. these initiative are focused on headcount optimization rather than employee development or business growth. Thus there is a culture of uncertainty & insecurity exists always. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of internal mobility. Competent and experienced employees are often overlooked for internal opportunities, while external hiring is prioritized. No parity in salaries, designation and knowledge is not valued. Salary increments remain single digit despite rising expectations and workloads, not even as per market inflation.

Cons

No job stability or growth, no promotion policy or progression even if your performance rating is high

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
