Pros

The majority of people are really friendly and honest, the pension and benefits package is decent, good sustainability credentials.

Cons

A distinct lack of business strategy and direction. A company culture suffocated by a layer of senior leadership who have been promoted internally without the skills for the job, and a cloak and dagger approach to change management that is creating a disconnect between the company and its employees. Sense of innovation long gone, with the company struggling to understand and define its purpose and playing catch up with its competitors. Poor talent management. Lower than market average pay.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
