      Pros

      Fair pay. Standard vacation. The 401K is great, but reduced to average because it is only based on your base salary. Lots of opportunities for overtime as well. Management is very laid back. Not a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Rotating 12 hour shift schedule. Hard to balance work/ life. There is no employee hand book, so management seems to do what ever they want when it comes to your schedule and overtime. There is also a lot of personal liability that comes with working in this industry. Low amount of man power currently for the work load.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
