Pros

Some really great colleagues, work can be interesting, free lunch (if you can stomach it), share scheme, bonus, pension, claim back medical costs, 30 days holiday.

Cons

Constantly changing goalposts, constantly changing systems, no one is prepared to make a decison, everyone resists change because they have no faith in how the company is run, overall strategy is poor, training and development of staff is minimal, HR abysmal, serverly understaffed, out dated facilities.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
