Pros

Stable and fair employer. Involved in interesting industries and technologies. Decent benefits, share scheme and pension scheme, but not exceptional. Very little competition for jobs. Plenty of turnover in low to mid-level jobs - always something to apply for when you get bored. Easy work, not demanding or stressful. Low expectations of performance. Great company for a "cruiser" - someone not bothered to try but rather just wants a stable unchanging job for life.

Cons

Gets boring quickly. Very very very slow career progression. No rewards or fast-track systems for ambitious employees. You are expected to grind it out in demeaning jobs for years before the possibility of a promotion is even considered. Terrible HR department. Performance evaluation system is completely pointless. No transparency in regard to promotions. Limited training opportunities to expand professional skills early on. Very low salary for the location. On site cafeteria food is horrible... but free.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
