      - Friendly operators - Free meals / canteen

      Cons

      - Many health and safety hazards, although there are some respective measures to prevent accidents. - Middle management come, go and rotate very often - not much genuine care about staff/production. - Very individualist attitude by most employees (apart from Operators), possibly down to company/site culture.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
