Pros

It's a job straight out of college with average pay for an engineering degree.

Cons

Safety Culture and EHS is non-existent. Company will say that they always put safety first but all they care about is how many parts they can get out the door. Injuries are a regular occurrence. Employees leave all the time and new ones aren't brought in regularly leaving current employees having to work large amounts of overtime. Nobody cares about their job. Compensation isn't what it should be for shift work. Management doesn't care about their employees and will regularly hide defects and issues with production from the company's customers.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
