Pros
-You are not homeless and have a pay check to live month to month. -lots of shows and you will be promised of good training ,growing, etc., -Happy supervisor and manager Only and Only if u meet all customers order on time. -Enjoy every day meeting and shows which are your managers and supervisor only job ,That's all their skill .
Cons
-Unlike what they say in their meeting They don't care at all about employees. -No Growing,No Future,Just a lot of shows which is called Meeting ,Full of fake hopes and lies. -When machines are broken, it's not company problem, you should work double No Excuse. -Hiring lots of uneducated people basically best cases for making slaves -You are not a human but a machine -Every day more pressure -No growing -No useful training -If you are not a manager or super visor you are a second citizen don't expect to be treated same as others.
