      Pros

      Invaluable experience gained whilst I was here thanks to a fantastic manager. Lots of opportunities when given the right leader and lots of good intentions from the company on improving engagement, career opportunities and development.

      Cons

      Pay was not always equal or fair in comparison to external market and colleagues. Lots of significant organisational changes regularly which wasn’t always understood

      Pros

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
