Pros

1- Brilliant scientists who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. 2- Free lunches

Cons

1- The site is struggling to generate money hence expenses are controlled tightly. New year dinner was organised and paid by scientists themselves. Salaries and consequently the quality of Managers are low. I got the least experienced, rude and demanding Manager in my whole 15 years career JM Fuelcell.2- The site has about 200 employees. It means a head of a group in Fuel cell site has the same seniority, experience and maturity as a junior-manager in a bigger company. 3- Technology department is an office with 10-15 people scientists in it. Job starts sharp at 8.30 and finished at 4.30 to 6 pm. 4- No formal training will be given. It is expected you lean from colleagues. 5- The production site has some weird people. There is a senior staff which uses F words left and right and is extremely rude. As new employee, you should make sure to accept all these and be extra careful with your own wordings.6- There is culture of complaining behind your back to HR and Managers. There is no honesty and direct talking. All talks are behind your back. If your Manager is a rookie and cant handle the politics, the possibility of screwing up is high.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
