Pros

Talented people who believe in what they are doing. Good social cause/climate change solutions. Fair compensation. Good work life balance

Cons

Company does not live up to what it purports to be. There is little, if any, structured career development; top leaders constantly coming from the outside (due to lack of development of our own people; poor HR leadership and vision). D&I is touted, but is all talk and no action - statistics are poor re: people of color, ethnicity, or women advancing. Some diverse people come in, but the culture and some of the top leadership eventually root out anyone who is different or brings new perspective. Culture is very passive aggressive. Look at the parade of talented senior females who leave JM and you’ll see the issue. Only european white men succeed here. There is a disproportionate focus on UK and other countries are largely ignored.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
