Pros

The retirement benefits were nice. I showed up, did my work, and then left. Nobody bothered me after hours.

Cons

If you love doing the same work over and over again knowing full well the project teams will never fix repeat issues, then this is the service desk for you. JM IT loves to hire external IT project managers to implement projects around JM. They hire project managers don't really do anything except rush the project closed and then provide no additional support when the project is "completed" Updates are pushed to the PRODUCTION environment without testing. JM is all about cutting costs. So much so that new employees aren't even guaranteed an O365 license because they keep running out. So that's fun explaining to new employees how poor we are. Cheaper to have employees doing nothing than shell out for the license I guess. JM will strip things like saving passwords in your browser but won't allow you to use ANY sort of password manager. Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
