Pros

Hybrid working & good 401K, once vested.

Cons

-Managers carry too high of expectations on employees while using outdated and excessively manual systems. -Too lean of teams and unwillingness to properly staff departments. -Production teams do not know how to manage a business properly. According to people who've been there for many years, they used to produce more products at shorter lead times & now are 2.5-3X longer for less product. Production are exhausting the "COVID" excuse with no improvement. -I got reprimanded for not learning their systems fast enough & keeping up with limited support. -"Throw you to the wolves" training mentality.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
