Pros

Overall benefits good. Work matters. Some good people.

Cons

New digital organisation is developing a blame culture. Leadership team is struggling and not supporting on the ground. Despite good vision with positive feelings on what the director clearly wants to achieve. New head of delivery is rude and is quick to blame. So erratic. Attrition and management of 3rd parties is poor. Things are not agile here. If you join as an agile delivery manager be prepared to do the job of 2-4 roles and focus on administration & red tape.

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
