Pros

Salary Benefits People I worked with

Cons

Toxic Culture and Working Environment: The overall atmosphere is negative and unwelcoming, with a pervasive culture of finger-pointing and blame-shifting. Inefficiency and Bureaucracy: The processes are outdated and cumbersome, making it extremely difficult to get anything accomplished in a timely manner. Lack of Clarity and Direction: There is a significant lack of clarity regarding roles and responsibilities, leaving employees confused about their duties and expectations. Fragmented IT Culture: The IT department operates as if they are separate consultants or service providers to the rest of the company, rather than being integrated as part of a unified team, which creates unnecessary barriers and misunderstandings. Old-Fashioned Practices: The company adheres to outdated practices and is resistant to change, hindering innovation and progress. General Dysfunction: The overall workplace environment is highly dysfunctional, contributing to a stressful and unproductive work experience. "Toxic workplace" is an accurate description of the situation.

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
